That’s not strange, that’s downright scary if you think about it.
I wonder if others find that true? Are you what you think about most?

I would disagree with that. Thoughts are just thoughts, they don’t define us. But thinking about something a lot reinforces that circuit in the brain associated with that thought.
I think that’s what this means in essence. The more you let yourself think something, the more likely it is to become your truth…the easy path for your mind to take.
